Mr. Dutta is the Co-Founder and CEO of Alphaledger, with over 20 years of experience in bond market technology. Since launching Alphaledger in 2019, he’s driven the firm’s mission to bridge traditional and decentralized finance, tokenizing over $800 million in real-world assets like municipal loans and securities - the first U.S. firm to do so on blockchain. He’s shaped Alphaledger’s regulatory strategy, product design, and the T-Now™ tokenized debt lifecycle, from origination to custody.

 

Prior to Alphaledger, Mr. Dutta held various roles at PIMCO, including managing PIMCO’s participation in the industry's first Yankee CD issuance on JP Morgan’s blockchain platform. He led PIMCO’s ETF, Client Facing, and Credit Platform technology groups, and developed PIMCO’s ~$360 billion mortgage roll book. Mr. Dutta has deep expertise in business operations, technology, strategic planning, and implementing complex and scalable solutions.
